Biography |
MARKO JERKOVIĆ is an assistant professor at the University of Zagreb, Faculty of Croatian Studies. He is an associate scientist at the Research Centre for Comparative History of Religious Orders (FOVOG) at the Technical University of Dresden, Germany. His fields of interest are institutional history of the Church, formation of religious orders, and concepts of authority and consensus in the Middle Ages. He published a monograph titled Zagrebački kanonici u 14. stoljeću – institucionalna i društvena povijest katedralne zajednice [Canons of the Zagreb Chapter in the 14th Century: Institutional and Social History of the Cathedral Community] (2018), and co-edited six editorial books (the most recent being The Fourth Lateran Council: An Event that Transformed Europe, 2019). |

Hrvatski studiji Sveučilišta u Zagrebu pokrenuti su i ustrojeni 16. studenoga 1992., isprva samo kao dvosemestralni Sveučilišni komparativni studij hrvatske filozofije i društva. Taj je program potom preoblikovan u program redovitog četverogodišnjeg studija.
